Finzo is a multi-currency digital wallet that allows users to convert foreign currencies instantly within the app — with transparent exchange rates and optimized costs. Beyond currency exchange, Finzo supports a wide range of features including top-ups, domestic and international transfers, bill payments, shopping, loans, and savings — all in one seamless mobile experience.
PROBLEM
The service faced a critical usability issue: users found it difficult to access essential functions such as booking, tracking, and payments in one seamless flow.
